TRIATHLON COACHING

  • I have been been coaching since 2011 and I am a Level 2 Diploma Triathlon Coach.

  • No matter your age, ability, experience or goal, a plan can be made for you!

  • Online coaching provides you, the athlete with a personal coach and have tailor-made training plans/sessions which I will design to suit your individual aims, ability and schedule. 

  • I spend time getting to know my athletes, what their goals are, what motivates them, the best way for them to train, what their strengths and weaknesses are and their weekly schedule.

  • The coaching process kicks off with an in person or video chat meeting where we discuss your goals/ motivations for training and racing, whatever they may be.

  • I will then plan and review your progress on a weekly or monthly basis but I am ALWAYS here if you need me.

  • This is the ultimate tailor-made training programme to suit your every need. This plan is ultimately designed around you and what you would like from the coach. Things to agree on: level and depth of feedback, routine of feedback, how often you would like your plan updated and when, quantity of in person coaching, level of testing and video analysis, communication method and request that your coach initiates any communication etc.
